The Group has raised c.£95 million of equity capital since its IPO, deploying the net proceeds, together with debt finance, at an all-in average interest cost of 3.3% and 7.0% average Net Initial Yield.

As at 30 September, 2018 the Company’s portfolio features:

  • Valuation increase to £173.8m
  • Weighted average unexpired lease term of 5.0 years
  • Average capital value of £79 per sq.ft. against more than £130 per sq.ft. estimated replacement cost
